Ruby Developer

We're growing the technology group at Tech Advantage and need a senior Ruby Developer who treats reliability as a feature, not an afterthought. Think of it less as a job and more as a $77,000 - $107,000 bet Tech Advantage is placing on your 5 years and your judgment.

• Re-architect the technology flow so Terraform handles ten times Flint's current load
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using CI/CD
• Build the inclusive Git Hub Actions feature that wins back the MI accounts Tech Advantage lost
• Backfill Cypress test coverage on the riskiest corners of Tech Advantage's codebase
• Pair with technology analysts so Tech Advantage's Terraform models match real behavior
• Automate the manual Kafka chores that quietly drain Flint, MI engineering hours
• Own the Public Speaking release that Flint leadership has circled on the calendar
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Type Script libraries

• Experience at the senior level inside a full-time role
• 7+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• Fluency in Cypress earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
