Our experienced and courteous Corporate Driver will assist in providing transportation services to our corporation’s professionals and patients. The position is contingent, requiring support from potential early mornings to late nights, including weekends. The Driver must make intelligent, informed decisions in real time about people’s safety, as circumstances are ever changing. Desired candidates exhibit high professionalism and have experience delivering high levels of customer service to clients, while communicating consistently with both clients and leadership.

- Operate assigned vehicle skillfully and safely; navigate extreme weather cautiously.
- Perform pre‑trip checklist to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Maintain an excellent attendance record; be dependable and on time for all assignments.
- Participate in cross‑training activities with other transportation roles; complete misc. tasks and errands between assignments.
- Transport physicians between our Flint, Warren, Fenton, and Dearborn facilities as needed.
- Treat passengers with utmost respect and courtesy; uphold professionalism, tactfulness, and discretion.
- Champion all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Perform general maintenance and other facility support tasks during driver downtime.
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding expectations and time frames.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- Eligibility to work for any U.S. employer.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s Degree is a plus. - Clean driving record with no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift 40–60 lbs.
- Professional image at all times.
- Pass a 10‑panel drug test, including marijuana.
- Operate an app‑based smartphone effectively.
- Flexible schedule; open to early mornings and late nights.
- Eager to help; perform miscellaneous tasks during downtime.
- Strong interpersonal skills; work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for safe patient care and documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and care excellence.
