Teph Seal Auto Appearance, a privately‑held company, operates detail/reconditioning centers in auto dealerships across the United States. Our strong team of dedicated professionals is our most powerful asset, allowing us to develop dynamic detail solutions for a wide variety of auto dealerships. The detailer will use manual dexterity and coordination to perform an array of tasks, including washing the exterior of vehicles, waxing, buffing, vacuuming the interior, cleaning upholstery, and protecting surfaces with preservation chemicals.

Flexibility and willingness to carry out additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs are essential.

• Wash exterior using various cleaning solutions
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths and buffing machines
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery and surfaces
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments
• Maintain facilities and provide high‑quality customer service
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
• Work with a sense of urgency and uphold customer satisfaction

• Physically demanding—bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and moving vehicles frequently
• May require outdoor work under varying climates
• Handling of vehicles and up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Continuous communication and detail information retention
• Strong vision and hearing required
• Quality inspection of own and others’ work

• 1 or more years of detailing experience
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with great care and respect
• Reliability, punctuality, and task focus during shift
• Capability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and as required to meet production needs
