Summary

The Quoting & Sourcing Manager is an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage the process for large bids as well as our Quotation Specialists. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the quotation lifecycle, from data analysis to final response, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and exemplary communication. This role requires close collaboration with sales, supply chain, and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the team of Quotation Specialists.
  • Analyze quotation performance, making sure that the team will hit deadlines and the RFQs match customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain processes for timely completion of RFQs, ensuring data accuracy and utilization of tools to reduce turnaround time and team workload.
  • Analyze historical quotation data to provide feedback to Supply Chain and Sales team.
  • Support internal teams with training, documentation, and best practices related to quoting procedures.
  • Participate as needed in RFQs, generating requests to vendors and inputting responses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in quoting, sales support, or pricing roles within an industrial distribution, manufacturing, or technical sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and the industrial supply channel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
