We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join a metals manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, designing and implementing automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Program and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Create detailed documentation outlining design and technical specifications of projects.
- Help integrate automation systems into existing systems and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on automation technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of automation experience, specifically with PLCs (Ideally Allen Bradley or Siemens systems)
- Proven ability to design, program, and troubleshoot automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
