Location: Florence, AL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $65,000-$75,000/year, depending on experience

Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Manager for a position located in Florence, AL. This position will lead a team of three while overseeing data, reporting, dashboards, and business analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical, analytical, and management skills. This person will analyze data, identify trends, build and support dashboards, and help turn information into useful business and marketing insights.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of three.
- Oversee data, reporting, and business analytics.
- Build, maintain, and support dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn data into clear, useful business and marketing insights.
- Prepare reports and provide information to support business decisions.
- Work with different departments to understand reporting and data needs.
- Help improve reporting processes and data utilization.
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to the team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a major or minor in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
. - At least 2 years of relevant experience
. - Previous management or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on site in Florence, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This position may begin as a seasonal/temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become full-time based on business needs and performance.
