• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including assessment, treatment, and education
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Perform routine wound care duties, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Educate patients and families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and self-care practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment plans

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Alabama
• 0 years of experience as an LPN or RN, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the wound care specialty
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely records
