Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRN Registered Nurse for the 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am Shift. As a RN Charge Nurse
, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
- Administers and records medications and treatments.
- Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff including LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Valid RN license in the state of AL.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
