Salary: $79,040.00 – $91,520.00

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
• Document patient care provided.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Serve as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• License:
  Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Required Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, function effectively in a stressful environment, and take appropriate action.
