How You’ll ContributeYou will impact patient care through specialized interventions, innovation, and technology, shaping positive patient journeys daily.
Qualifications And RequirementsApplicants must hold a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS/PALS certification within six months of hire
- Preferred:
One year of experience
- Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and treatments
- Document patient care
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Advocate for patient well-being
