• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide appropriate patient/family education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• ACLS/PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
