Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Salary: $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state law for assisted living facilities.
