Base pay range: $15.50/hr – $18.50/hr.

• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, administer medications and medicated creams within the standards of practice as permitted by certification and state regulations.
• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and document administration per policy.
• Maintain medication supply, clean and restock medicine carts and medicine room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved medication aide training course.
• Completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant training program.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with at least one year of experience as a CNA.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
