Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our rehabilitation and wellness center on weekends, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and support staff on weekends
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct rounds on patients, address concerns and complaints, and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services
- Current RN license in the state of Alabama
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
