Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Florence, Alabama location. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and clinical support to our team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital sign measurements, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply with certification)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:- $13.81 - $18.38 HOURLY salary range
- 7a-7p Full time & PRN and 7p-7a Full time & PRN shift options
- Shift Differential $2.00 starting @ 3:00PM
