Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care, Florence, Alabama, United States. This travel-temporary assignment starts 10/26/2026 for 6 weeks in a skilled nursing facility. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions, assess changes, and document vitals and observations
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and charting; ensure compliance with policies
• Report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse or physician promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care and safety

• Active LPN license in Alabama
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule (19:00-07:30) and provide 36 hours weekly
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
