Location:

One Harrison Plaza, Florence, AL 35632 (UNA – Towers Dining Hall).

Schedule:

Full‑time, PM shift. Days and hours may vary. Details discussed during interview.

Requirements:
Food Service experience preferred.

Pay Range: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour.

Responsible for the supervision of staff, ensuring proper assembly and service of foods; sanitation and safety of service areas and kitchen utilities; and efficient use of resources.

• Provide quality customer service with individual attention to detail.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control.
• Help plan menus.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service; supervise serving of meals.
• Respond to customer complaints in person at the time of the complaint and via email for electronically received complaints.
• Train employees; assign and coordinate employees; promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determine work procedures and prepare work schedules; expedite workflow.
• Develop sanitation schedule and ensure food‑service employees adhere to the schedule for cleaning of kitchen and dining area and washing of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
