We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you have experience in restaurant management and a passion for guest service and kitchen operations, apply today!

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
• Set work hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
