Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will:

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures (if certified).
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
