WhatYou’ll Do
Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for every customer while guiding them to premium quality eyewear.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets, exceed expectations, and forge lasting relationships by helping customers find products that fit their needs.
- Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with the team and leadership to maintain a supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
- Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Foster Inclusion & Respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
- Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
- Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
