Field Account Executive

My client is seeking an Account Executive to develop and grow business throughout Alabama for a market-leading provider of critical emergency communication solutions serving commercial and multifamily properties.

This is a field-based, outside sales position focused on new business development. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities within a developing territory.

• Uncapped earning potential with realistic first-year earnings of $85K-$100K
• $115K-$120K+ earnings at plan
• Top performers earning $200K-$250K+ annually
• End-of-year bonus opportunities
• Comprehensive training and leadership support

• Develop new business throughout Alabama
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
• Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days
• Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities

• Proven history of prospecting and developing business
• Experience carrying a quota and working in a performance-driven environment
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings
• Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus

• Alabama (Montgomery preferred)
• Remote when not meeting with customers in the field
