We are looking for a meaningful job opportunity and a culture that makes a difference in kids' lives. Soccer Shots North Alabama works with kids ages 2-8 coaching soccer sessions, teaching character development, and serving as a consistent role model. Previous soccer coaching experience is not required but is always welcomed. If you have never played soccer but love hanging with kids, you’re good!

We ask our coaches to be prepared, arrive early, and committed to the 8-10 week session they are hired to coach.

Sessions last 30‑45 minutes. Hours vary and can accommodate many kinds of schedules for those in school, stay‑at‑home parents, and those looking for flexible hours. Pay starts at $12 per session for training and increases to $15 per session when working as a head coach. Soccer seasons are offered year round including winter. We have sessions six days a week, so if you’re willing, we likely have sessions that will fit your schedule.
