Assistant Baseball Coach​/Recruiting Coordinator

The University of North Alabama division of Athletics is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for the Baseball program. This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with planning and organizing all phases of the baseball program.

• Coaching and administrative duties as directed by the head coach.
• Assisting in practice planning and field coaching (running drills).
• Position‑specific player development and skills training.
• Recruiting, game preparation, scouting, and community involvement.
• Providing leadership and support for the vision and strategies of the head coach.
• Handling recruiting coordinator responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Experience recruiting student‑athletes (preferred; candidates who can demonstrate a proven ability to recruit quality student‑athletes).
• Playing/coaching experience at the intercollegiate level in baseball (preferred).
• Collegiate, club, or professional recruiting/coaching experience (preferred) with 3‑5 years of successful recruiting and/or coaching experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with NCAA compliance (preferred).
• Knowledge of Division I baseball and NCAA rules (preferred).
• Current, valid driver’s license (required).
• CPR certification, renewed annually (required).
