Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include shift planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, meeting profitability targets, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations.

- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Frequency of bending, twisting, and lifting required.
