Pump Rig Helper

The Pump Rig Helper assists in the operation, maintenance, and repair of pump rigs used in operations. This role involves supporting the setup, monitoring and troubleshooting of pump systems to ensure efficient extraction processes.

• Assist in setting up and dismantling pump rigs and related equipment.
• Ensure proper alignment, connection, and testing of hoses, pumps, and pipelines.
• Regularly check pump rig systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
• Assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, replacing filters, and inspecting hoses for leaks or wear.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the Pump Rig Operator or Supervisor.
• Work closely with the Pump Rig Supervisor and other team members to meet operational goals.
• Assist transporting tools and materials needed for rig operations.
• Help troubleshoot operational issues under supervision.
• Provide input during on site challenges to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents.
• Adhere to environmental and regulatory guidelines specific to the operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of pump systems.
• Experience in mining, construction, or industrial settings is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
