JOB SUMMARY:
Locked In Athletics is looking to hire multiple individuals to provide program administration for youth teams, camps, and sport clinic programs in the East & West Valley. We are looking for individuals who are energetic and enthusiastic about growing the game in our community!
Site Managers, while working closely with our Directors, will be responsible for day-to-day activities on Saturday mornings. Site Managers are responsible for implementing our affiliates' curriculum in alignment with our club philosophy and methodology. Successful applicants will have the ability to mentor volunteer coaches & youth referees. Program participants range from Kinder to 8th Grade.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a fun and safe environment for all kids and staff!Attend Training Program orientations (online video conferencing).Embody and commit to the program and our club philosophy.Assist in the completion of all on-site operational duties for camps, clinics, and leagues.Support in the execution of operational and logistical components of camps, clinics, and tournaments.Attend pre-season orientation events.Facilitate set-up, take-down, and operations.Provide Volunteer Coach Support.Oversee youth coach/referee staff.Other duties relevant to the position and department may be assigned to you from time to time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
20 years of age or older.Possess or obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card in AZ.Successfully complete Safesport training:
Abuse Awareness & Prevention course.ENJOY working with youth & LOVE sports.One year of experience coaching youth sports.Ability to work Saturday mornings.Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and excited about contributing to the success of the program.Must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Part-Time (Saturdays Only): 7 AM - 2 PM, possibly a shorter shift.Free Participation Registration:
