Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Intern will support the Sales team in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of commercial activities.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales support, customer relationship management, and sales performance monitoring.

This is a 6-month, full-time internship.

Key Responsibilities
Sales team support:  Provide operational support to Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, contributing to the achievement of annual sales targets.
Client meetings:  Occasionally participate in meetings with key clients to gain exposure to negotiation processes and commercial communication.
Meeting preparation & follow-up:  Assist in planning, preparing, and following up on client meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Presentations & reporting:  Create and update professional PowerPoint presentations and manage reporting master files, ensuring high-quality materials for internal and external use.
Business analysis support:  Collaborate with Business Analysts in preparing detailed analyses and related reports to deliver accurate and timely insights to clients.
Merchandising system (IWD):  Support the management and optimization of the IWD merchandising system, assisting Sales Representatives in its daily use.
Price monitoring:  Assist in monitoring and verifying minimum product pricing.
Revenue tracking:  Support the monitoring of revenue performance versus budget and previous years.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Education, Experience & Skills
Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
Strong digital mindset
Proactive, creative, and analytical attitude with a results-driven and team-oriented approach
Fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus

Scopo del Ruolo
La risorsa, riportando al Sales Manager, supporterà il team Sales garantendo un funzionamento efficace ed efficiente delle attività commerciali.

Il tirocinio ha come obiettivo formativo lo sviluppo di competenze nel supporto alle attività di vendita, nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e nel monitoraggio delle performance commerciali.

Principali Responsabilità
Supporto al team Sales:  Supporto operativo ai Sales Manager e ai Sales Representatives per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita annuali.
Riunioni con i clienti:  Partecipazione occasionale a meeting con clienti chiave per acquisire esperienza nelle dinamiche di negoziazione e comunicazione commerciale.
Preparazione e follow-up dei meeting:  Supporto nella pianificazione delle riunioni e nelle attività di follow-up, assicurando puntualità e completezza delle informazioni.
Presentazioni e reportistica:  Creazione e aggiornamento di presentazioni PowerPoint professionali e gestione dei file master di reportistica.
Collaborazione con i Business Analyst:  Supporto nella preparazione di analisi dettagliate e report a supporto delle attività commerciali.
Sistema di merchandising (IWD):  Supporto nella gestione e nell’ottimizzazione del sistema IWD, affiancando i Sales Representatives nel suo utilizzo.
Monitoraggio prezzi:  Verifica e controllo dei prezzi minimi di prodotto.
Controllo del fatturato:  Supporto al monitoraggio dell’andamento del fatturato rispetto al budget e agli anni precedenti.
Collaborazione interfunzionale:  Lavoro in sinergia con Customer Service, Operations e le altre funzioni aziendali.

Formazione, Esperienza e Competenze
Laurea in Economia, Marketing o discipline affini
Spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
Ottime capacità analitiche, comunicative e di problem solving
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint) e Outlook
Digital mindset
Attitudine proattiva, creativa e analitica, orientata ai risultati, all’innovazione e al lavoro di squadr
Inglese fluente, la conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus
