Responsibilities Supervise supplier activities for prefabrication, fabrication and module construction
Coordinate supplier and foremen to ensure safe, quality, and timely execution
Act as liaison between supplier, contractors and client representatives
Ensure work is prepared according to standards and safety requirements
Monitor process redesigns and drive process improvements in a broader context
Support QA/QC in non-conformance reporting and corrective actions
Coordinate with customer representatives and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
Qualifications Degree or equivalent (relevant professional qualifications)
Experience in production environment/operations management/construction
Proven experience in fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and NDT in oil & gas
Extensive knowledge of AWS, ASME, API standards and NDE methodologies
Knowledge of welding equipment, procedure specs, welder approvals, and safety compliance
Experience working in complex organizations
Fluency in English and Italian; EU work permit
Excellent communication skills to explain technical information to customers
