What Youll Do :
Review and moderate content to keep online spaces safe and policy-compliant
Stay current with platform guidelines and adapt to changing procedures
Flag and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
Maintain top performance even during high-volume shopping seasons
What You Bring:
Fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2 minimum)
Clear communication, empathy, and sound decision-making
Experience or strong interest in e-commerce and digital environments
Resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
