Description:
Are you passionate about customer service and ready to elevate your career in the airline industry? We are looking for enthusiastic Italian Speaking Airline Support Agents to assist customers with queries about various airline services. You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.
Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements:
Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
Previous customer care experience is essential.
Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
