Position: Events & Meetings Operations Lead - Dynamic Global Team
The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Florence is seeking a Meetings & Events Supervisor. In this dynamic role, you will lead the front-of-house team during service, ensuring smooth operations and a positive atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include guiding the crew, training new team members, and engaging with guests to maintain service excellence.
With 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, fluency in English and Italian, and strong leadership skills, you will thrive in this innovative hospitality environment.
