Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist Italian customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism. Full training is provided to troubleshoot service and technical issues and to keep accurate records to improve the customer experience.
You will join a young, multicultural team and may relocate to Lisbon, with relocation support and a competitive monthly salary plus performance bonuses.
