Required Qualifications
Valid teaching licence such as PGCE, QTS or a US teaching licence
Relevant bachelor's degree and recognised teaching qualification
Minimum of three years' teaching experience
Experience teaching within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) is advantageous
Experience working within an international school environment is beneficial
Experience supporting learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

Ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons
Strong understanding of the IB MYP framework and inquiry-based learning approaches
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs
Confident use of educational technology to enhance learning outcomes
Strong classroom management skills and commitment to positive discipline practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to monitor student progress and use assessment data to inform teaching
Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development
Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and fulfil professional responsibilities
