As Project Engineering Manager, you lead cross‑product engineering activities across MDC product lines to deliver complex subsea systems on time and on budget. You’ll orchestrate planning, interfaces, and governance with internal and external stakeholders, driving technical clarity and risk‑aware execution. This role sits at the heart of MDC, enabling multi‑discipline teams to meet project commitments while maintaining systems engineering alignment. You’ll work with cross‑functional partners to turn specifications into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, contributing to Baker Hughes’ energy‑transition mission.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Coordinate cross‑product engineering activities across structures, spools/jumpers, connection systems, and distribution systems to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
Drive integrated engineering planning with aligned schedules, milestones, and deliverables across MDC product lines
Lead performance reviews, monitor S‑curve progress, and implement corrective actions for schedule and cost discipline
Manage engineering budgets and resource plans, including cost analysis and manpower approval
Own technical communication with clients, ensuring clear requirements, configuration control, and alignment with systems engineering
Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and scope changes with proper approvals and mitigation
Support production and supply chain activities, providing part‑by‑part engineering ownership beyond document delivery
Provide leadership to MDC engineering teams, fostering collaboration and adherence to governance and configuration control
Responsabilità   Bachelor in Engineering or Master in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in project engineering, systems engineering, or project management in complex technical environments
Strong leadership and cross‑functional coordination with influence without authority
Expertise in integrated planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance management
Excellent communication and presentation skills for customers, executives, and engineers
Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with ability to synthesize information and drive timely solutions
Customer‑focused with ability to manage technical relationships and maintain alignment during execution
Resilience and ownership to maintain performance under pressure
