Bonatti is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for EPC Plant projects from Parma HQ. You will drive the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating engineering, procurement, and commercial inputs to meet tight deadlines.
You will chair kick-offs, governance reviews, risk analyses, and bid/no-bid analyses, ensuring compliance with company standards and international requirements. English is required; travel internationally may be needed.
