Group Chief Financial Officer  The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing the Group's economic and financial strategies in a complex, modernly organized industrial environment with a strong international presence.
Main Responsibilities   Support the economic development and protection of corporate assets by developing budget policies, planning strategies, control, and credit management.
Coordinate the Administration, Finance, and Control functions at Group level, ensuring the preparation of financial statements (statutory and consolidated), budget management, strategic and operational planning, and support for extraordinary M&A projects.
Define and implement the Group's financial planning, constantly monitoring economic stability and key financial risks.
Supervise treasury activities and debt/equity structure management, optimizing relationships with financial stakeholders and credit institutions, ensuring efficient flows and timely reporting.
Actively participate in corporate strategic committees and promote integration between the Finance, Treasury, and Control areas.
Qualifications   Proven experience (+20 years) in the Finance function, including at least 10 years acting as CFO, preferably in the Food, FMCG, Large-Scale Retail, or FMCG consumer goods sectors with a high marketing and brand component.
Current or previous experience in listed companies.
Degree in economics.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Leadership, strategic vision, and execution skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proactivity, problem‑solving, and a results‑oriented approach.
Ability to work in complex environments and under pressure.
Reliability, ethical rigor, and a practical approach.
