How we hire
For the enhancement of our Finance function, we are looking for a Financial Accountant who will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in the process of internalizing the accounting function  Responsibilities

Management of general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, up to the preparation of the pre‑tax financial statements;
Management of outgoing and incoming invoicing, ensuring correct VAT application;
Recording of accounting transactions and bank reconciliations;
Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities;
Management of periodic tax obligations (VAT, withholding taxes, F24 filings);
Cost monitoring and support for management control activities.

Indicative gross annual salary (RAL) of €25,000–€35,000, based on experience;

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
1–2 years of experience in accounting roles within structured companies or professional firms;
Knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC);
Good command of Excel; knowledge of Team System accounting software will be considered a plus;
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Accuracy, reliability, and strong analytical skills;
Team‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven approach.
