Una società IT cerca un/a Helpdesk IT per il suo Ufficio IT a Firenze. Il candidato ideale possiede un diploma di tecnico informatico e ha 1-3 anni di esperienza in supporto IT. Sono richieste ottime doti comunicative in italiano e, se possibile, inglese B2. La posizione prevede attività di gestione ticket, risoluzione problemi hardware e software. Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato, in un contesto giovane e dinamico.
