Experteer Overview  As Marketing Operations Specialist e, you govern scalable marketing tech across multiple brands and Hub Spot instances. You’ll design robust data, tracking, and automation foundations to deliver reliable attribution and visibility into acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. You’ll improve governance, tagging, and data quality across markets while enabling cross-brand teams to operate efficiently. This role blends analytics, systems thinking, and continuous martech innovation to drive commercial impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Manage CRM and Marketing Hub across brands: properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing, deduplication
Develop governance frameworks: naming conventions, workflow standards, data practices
Audit instances to resolve technical debt and misconfigurations
Create repeatable setups enabling Activation and Market teams to operate without Ops
Collaborate with Sales to design data quality frameworks for forecasting
Support Sales with day-to-day Hub Spot operations
Build and maintain segmentation workflows and enrollment rules
Design tracking infrastructure for Lifecycle & Email teams and Campaign Managers
Implement and maintain GTM tags, triggers, and variables across brands
Define and verify GA4 events/conversions for clean attribution
Troubleshoot data quality across platforms (UTM hygiene, cross-domain, GA4/GA Ads linking)
Maintain browser debugging tools for QA
Develop standard dashboards and reporting frameworks to show automation impact
Document systems for transferability and scalability
Monitor martech developments and pilot AI-assisted tooling
Responsabilità   +3 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Operations or similar

Experience with Hub Spot, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
Desirable: additional coding or AI tools
B2B SaaS experience a plus
Experience in multi‑brand or multi‑market environments a strong advantage
Methodical, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
Clear communicator with ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders
Fluent in English; other European languages valued
Right to work without sponsorship or relocation support
