Per rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con esperienza nel ruolo di Project Manager Junior e con competenze in IT Service Management (ITSM) da inserire in un progetto strategico per un nostro Cliente in ambito bancario.
Principali responsabilità
Supporto nella gestione di progetti ITSM (implementazione, ottimizzazione e manutenzione di processi ITIL)
Coordinamento delle attività tra team IT, fornitori e stakeholder interni
Monitoraggio di ticket, SLA e KPI di servizio
Partecipazione al miglioramento continuo dei processi di Service Management
Supporto nella preparazione di report e dashboard
Gestione autonoma di piccoli/medi progetti
Modalità di lavoro: full remote.
Requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, Economia o materie affini
Esperienza di almeno un paio di anni in Project Management o ITSM
Buona conoscenza del framework ITIL (ITIL 4 Foundation è un plus)
Inglese o Francese fluente (livello B2/C1) – sia scritto che parlato
Ottime capacità organizzative, di comunicazione e problem solving
