Senior Product Designer

As Senior Product Designer, you own the Hub experience end-to-end, shaping interfaces from dashboards to internal tools. You work within a small, autonomous squad to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences for customers and internal users. You’ll translate needs into thoughtful interactions, build and maintain a design system, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering. You’ll leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and delivery, while driving coherence across multiple brands.

This is a high-impact, independent IC role in a fast-moving, cross-functional setup.

Design clear, intuitive, scalable interfaces for customers and internal users

Own design work end-to-end from exploration to delivery

Translate product needs into interaction flows, wireframes, and polished visuals

Develop and maintain a design system for cross-product consistency

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure quality implementation and handoff

Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to speed up ideation and prototyping

Participate in user research, usability validation, and feedback loops

Contribute to a clear design process including rationale, handoff, and iteration decisions

Shape a coherent product experience across multiple brands and touchpoints

5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design

Strong UX and visual design capabilities with ability to craft flows and polished interfaces

Proven track record shipping digital products at scale in SaaS or product-led environments

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional setup

Proficiency in Figma

Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering and understanding of implementation constraints

Daily user of AI-augmented design workflows; comfort with advanced AI tools

Reliable, autonomous, and detail-oriented

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
