Talent Solutions, società del gruppo Manpower, per importante cliente italiano del settore farmaceutico ricerca una figura di IT Governance Specialist, da inserire con sede a Firenze. All’interno del team ICT Operations la risorsa collaborer per l’implementazione e la delivery delle procedure e policy IT, definite in accordo con la strategia aziendale e con la regolamentazione corrente.
ResponsabilitàSviluppare le procedure lavorative, gli obiettivi di lavoro e la valutazione dei progetti infrastrutturali con un focus sulla disponibilità dei servizi.
Assicurare l’implementazione e il continuo miglioramento dei processi ICT perseguendo gli standard ITIL.Contribuire alla preparazione dei tender e delle specifiche contrattuali.
Supportare e partecipare all’implementazione dei progetti, in collaborazione con il team di project management ICT.Dare supporto su diverse attività in base alle necessità del Dipartimento ICT.
