Your role combines troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and proactive service improvements to boost device performance. You’ll join a mission-driven, collaborative team within Danaher’s diagnostics network, shaping reliable, life-science-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems, including instruments and peripherals
Respond to customer inquiries and support local engineers via remote or on-site visits
Maintain deep product knowledge of the diagnostic hardware line, including specs and common issues
Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and cost optimization
Qualifications
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices
Strong diagnostic, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills for hardware systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication to non-technical users in English and Italian
