Experteer Italy is seeking an AI Lead to propel AI product innovation across team.blue’s SaaS brands. In this role, you will shape AI roadmaps and align them with the group's AI & Data strategy, partnering with brands to identify value‑adding AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience shipping AI products to users, a strong technical background in AI & Data, and exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment. This is a strategic position that requires both technical and strategic capabilities.
