The role  The role supports Parts processes within the Process & Tools organization. The position contributes to the maintenance, improvement, and standardization of operational processes, organizational responsibilities, and supporting systems. Working in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, regional stakeholders, and process owners, the specialist supports process improvement initiatives, operational alignment, and digital enablement activities related to Spare Parts management.
Support Parts process improvement initiatives, system enablement activities, testing cycles, and change management efforts, contributing to timely execution, and process stabilization.
Support Regional Commercial, Operations, and COE teams in executing Parts processes across key business systems and tools, including BPM, Oracle, InSPIRe, and ALMA.
Assist operational teams by monitoring process performance indicators, preparing reports, and identifying trends to support business objectives related to Parts management.
Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and operational challenges within Spare Parts processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with process owners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Digital Technology (DT) teams to gather business requirements, support system enhancement activities, participate in testing phases, and facilitate the adoption of digital solutions supporting Parts processes and reporting capabilities.
Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and communication plans to promote process consistency and user adoption across regions.
Work closely with Regional Teams, COEs, Operations, and DT stakeholders to support process standardization, best practice sharing, and alignment across the organization.
Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement by fostering effective teamwork, knowledge sharing, and positive engagement across functions and regions.
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent technical discipline.
Initial professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Process Management, Information Technology, or Project Management.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in a collaborative and international environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Strong team player who promotes collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning, demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an interest in process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage assigned tasks with attention to quality, deadlines, and results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with business process and ERP systems.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Desired Qualifications   Certification in Lean, Agile, and/or Six Sigma.
Knowledge of GTS services, commercial operations, material operations, or equivalent industrial operational flows.
