Production Planner

Experteer Overview  As Production Planner, you will manage orders and orchestrate production setup, schedules, and deliveries to align with the division’s critical path. You will partner with buy/production, start-up, and order-management teams to ensure on-time execution and accurate data across systems. Your work supports reliable BOM handling, material call-offs, and timely sales order fulfillment, contributing to efficient, data-driven production.

This role offers scope to improve processes and influence manufacturing cadence within a luxury fashion environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Define and monitor the startup critical path and ensure timely production sequencing
Report and validate supply data across systems to support production decisions
Monitor on-time deliveries and troubleshoot with cross-functional partners
Maintain data accuracy and drive process improvements in data management
Perform stealth activities related to work orders creation and supplier/manufacturer management
Handle SAP tasks for purchase orders creation and management
Coordinate with Start UP Team for BOMs and technical information
Coordinate with PE and Purchasing on raw material call-offs and receipts to meet production needs
Coordinate with Order Management for timely receipt of sales orders and production order creation
Prepare updates for weekly production meetings
Allocate RM to work orders
Responsabilità   Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Strong MS Office proficiency
Strong analytical skills
English fluent mandatory
Knowledge of SAP, Sedapta, Stealth 3K; SQL and Power BI a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management
Ability to react to change
