Responsibilities Ensuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes.
Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points.
Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations.
Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub‑unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing and expertise in production quality.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across multiple projects.
