Position: Operations Supervisors – NovaLT16 / Heavy Duty Gas Turbine General Assembly
Experteer Overview  In this role you will oversee manufacturing operations within our Industrial & Energy Technology team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient line performance. You will support cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering, drive HSE and quality initiatives, and manage shift‑to‑shift handoffs. You’ll influence continuous improvement through KPI tracking and problem‑solving for nonconformities and bottlenecks. This is a hands‑on leadership position in a global energy technology environment with a strong safety culture and opportunities to shape production processes.

Promote safety culture and Stop Work Authority
Coordinate HSE, Quality, and Compliance discussions and improvement initiatives
Verify documents (cycles, test plans, drawings) and elevate with Support Functions
Collaborate on resolving Nonconformities with Quality
Ensure tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation
Facilitate technical discussions with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Department; enable smooth shift transitions
Support line performance KPIs and line accounting (DL hours, inefficiencies, OEE, OTD)
Responsabilità   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or Technical Diploma with relevant expertise (5+ years)
Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written)
High-energy, self-motivated with cross-functional collaboration ability
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends if required
Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others
HSE Person in Charge qualifications considered a plus
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
