Position: Quality Specialist - Quality Management (M/F/D)
Experteer Overview In this role you ensure the project scope meets quality contracts while collaborating with the Project Manager and functions across the requisition process. You manage risks with a clear mitigation plan to minimize defects and satisfy customer expectations. You will drive quality plans, non-conformance handling, and effective communication with stakeholders, aiming for zero punch list at shipment and timely delivery of quality documentation.

This position sits within the Industrial & Energy Technology team, offering exposure to global energy projects and continuous learning.

Manage non-conformance and concession approvals to meet contractual needs

Communicate project-related information to internal and external customers

Prepare and present quality performance reports to leadership and customers

Monitor punch lists to achieve zero punch at shipment

Drive on-time delivery of quality documents and certification book Contribute to Lessons Learned and continuous improvement processes

Responsabilità

Level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management (master's degree recommended)
Solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control and their application

Analytical and reporting skills; experience with problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement

Fluency in English and Italian Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
Oil & Gas industry experience (desired)
