Position: Quality Specialist - Quality Management (M/F/D)
Project Quality Manager – TPS Equipment & Projects, Florence Shop  Do you relish the prospect of working with cutting‑edge energy technology and contributing to global energy solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry? Join our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team and help a diverse range of customers across the value chain reduce operating costs and improve productivity. You will be responsible for the assembly of high‑quality and innovative products.
Responsibilities   Create quality plans based on the standard template, incorporating additional customer quality, technical regulation and product certification requirements.
Take ownership of the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution, implementing adequate quality surveillance and risk‑mitigation plans.
Manage the non‑conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Communicate with internal and external customers to share project‑related information and build effective relationships.
Prepare and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers.
Monitor the punch list during the scope‑of‑supply execution to achieve zero punch list ve on‑time delivery of quality documents and certification books to customers.
Feed continuous learning, nurturing the Lessons Learned process and its application.
Qualifications   Appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management (a master’s degree is recommended).
Solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and their application.
Analytical and reporting skills, with an understanding of problem‑solving methodology and continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Quality auditor training and qualification (desired).
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry (desired).

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR
43,599.34 to 59,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
